Your Guide to Joining the EANENP Network

We're excited to welcome new members dedicated to preserving and restoring Europe’s natural heritage. Here’s everything you need to know about the application process and what happens after you apply.

While we aim to process most submissions within 24 hours, a high volume of requests may extend this to 72 hours. Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure it aligns with our core mission: protecting, restoring, and managing natural ecosystems across Europe through collective action.

  1. Application Process & Review

The application form asks for key details to help us understand your organization and its mission, including:

  • Your ELO (EANENP Liaison Officer): We ask for the name, phone number, and email of the person who will be the main point of contact.

  • Organizational Details: Your NGO's name, official EU registration ID, and website or social media URL.

  • Mission Alignment: A section for you to describe how your goals align with the EANENP's mission of collective action.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

The primary requirement for joining the EANENP Network is that your organization's mission must focus on environmental protection, restoration, or sustainability. This includes, but isn't limited to, areas like:

  • Ecosystem restoration & biodiversity conservation
  • Climate change mitigation
  • Nature-based solutions
  • Pollution reduction & sustainable land management
  • Marine and freshwater ecosystem protection

We welcome both established nonprofits and grassroots initiatives. If your organization is based in or operates within Europe and works to preserve the environment, we encourage you to apply!

  1. Website & Digital Support

We understand that some smaller organizations may not have a dedicated website. As a key benefit of the network, we are happy to provide guidance and support for formalizing your digital presence. During the application, you can indicate if you would like EANENP to help create a free website or provide general assistance with your digital identity.

  1. What Happens After You Apply

Once your application is approved, our team will reach out with the next steps. You'll gain access to our network's resources, collaboration opportunities, and joint initiatives.

  1. Branding Display & Partnership Display

Upon official approval, your organization's logo will be displayed on the EANENP website, showcasing your commitment to our shared mission. In return, we ask that your organization display the EANENP Network Partner badge on your own website. This simple act promotes our collective work and demonstrates your role in a unified network dedicated to positive environmental change.
