Our official communication
Emails: All official emails from the EFPRP will exclusively end in @efprp.org or @eanenp.org. Please check for any misspellings or mispronunciations in the email address.
Phone Calls: We do not make unsolicited phone calls. We will only call you if you have already been in direct contact with an EFPRP employee or investigator. All employees call from their personal work numbers, but you can always ask for their Employee ID (EID).
You can then verify the EID on our official EFPRP TrueID Verification Flow page to confirm their identity.
Report suspicious activity
If you find any discrepancies, encounter suspicious activity, or are unsure about a communication's legitimacy, please contact our support team immediately at support@efprp.org. Your vigilance helps us keep our community safe.
