Our Pricing Model

We understand that the pricing for our products may seem high, but we want to be transparent about what goes into the cost. We've chosen to partner with Canva to ensure that every item is of exceptional quality. This commitment to quality means a higher base price for the products.

Most importantly, the small margin we add to each item directly funds our non-profit organization's projects and operations. Your purchase helps us make a real impact, turning each sale into a valuable contribution to our cause.

Our Printing and Shipping Partner

We partner with Canva, a high-quality printing service, to produce our merchandise. Canva provides excellent products, but at a higher unitary price due to their commitment to quality.

The price you see also includes international delivery, as Canva usually ships with DHL.

To ensure we can continue our work, we add a small €6-€8 margin on top of Canva's base price. This small addition allows us to generate a return on our sales, which directly funds our non-profit organization and supports the vital projects we undertake.

Full Margin List Per Product

We believe in full transparency, that's why, we've provided a detailed list of the margin added to each product in our shop, which directly supports our non-profit initiatives.

*For details on how these fees are calculated, please refer to the “Transaction Fees” section in this support article. The profit highlighted in this table is the net profit after the payment processing fees are substracted.

Transaction Fees

We want to be completely transparent about the costs involved with each purchase. Our payment processor, Stripe, charges a fee for every transaction. This fee helps them cover the costs of securely processing your payment.

The fees are as follows:

• For cards from the European Economic Area (EEA): 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction.

• For UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25 per transaction.

  
  

To show you how this works, let’s use an example.

For European Economic Area (EEA) Cards:

The fee is a combination of a percentage and a fixed amount: 1.5% + €0.25

Let's use the example of a €169.90 total purchase:

1. Calculate the percentage fee: €169.90 × 1.5% = €169.90 × 0.015 = €2.55

2. Add the fixed fee: €2.55 + €0.25 = €2.80

   
   

So, the total fee for an EEA card transaction of €169.90 would be €2.80, meaning that, the net received would be €167.10. Therefore, the actual profit made from this sale would be €32.20 (the total profit is the total added margin (M) minus the transaction fee (F) which is M - F = €35 - €2.80 = €32.20)

For UK Cards:

The fee is a combination of a higher percentage and the same fixed amount: 2.5% + €0.25

Using the same €169.90 total purchase:

1. Calculate the percentage fee: €169.90 × 2.5% = €169.90 × 0.025 = €4.25

2. Add the fixed fee: €4.25 + €0.25 = €4.50

   
   

So, the total fee for a UK card transaction of €169.90 would be €4.50 meaning that, the net received would be €165.40. Therefore, the actual profit made from this sale would be €30.50 (the total profit is the total added margin (M) minus the transaction fee (F) which is M - F = €35 - €4.50 = €30.50)
