Donation Transparency: How your contribution is processed

At the European Fire Prevention & Rural Preservation Organization (EFPRP), we strive to maximize the impact of every Euro. Depending on how you choose to support us, the processing of funds differs slightly.

A. Project Donations & One-Time Gifts (Yapla)

The totality of funds reach the EFPRP. For specific initiatives (such as the Olympus Project) and single donations, we utilize Yapla.

The Cost: €0.00.

The Impact: Yapla operates on a "tipping" model, allowing the EFPRP to receive the totality of your gift without any commission fees. Every cent you give goes directly to the field.

B. Monthly Membership Subscriptions (Stripe)

Standard processing fees apply. For recurring memberships (Tier I through Tier IV), we utilize Stripe to manage the complexity of automated monthly billing and high-level security.

The Fee: A combined processing and automation fee (approximately 2.2% + €0.25) is deducted by the processor.
- Processing: Validates your card and encrypts data.
- Automation: Manages your recurring subscription cycle and instant receipt generation.

The Impact: The remaining balance funds our continuous operations. We view this fee as a necessary investment in the stability and security of our membership infrastructure.

C. Direct Bank Transfers

For substantial contributions and corporate sponsorships, we recommend a direct transfer to minimize third-party processing.

The Cost: €0.00 to the EFPRP.

Note: Your banking institution may apply a standard wire transfer fee, but the EFPRP applies no surcharges.
The Impact: This method ensures the secure handling of significant capital without percentage-based deductions. Our accounts are held with Crédit Agricole ensuring full regulatory compliance.
