This ensures continuous, location-specific threat monitoring for designated assets (e.g., primary residences, agricultural properties, or rural infrastructure) regardless of the subscriber’s physical location or international travel status.
Access Eligibility & Phased Provisioning
To maintain grid throughput and infrastructure sustainability, access to EFRAS is structured according to contribution status:

Tier III & Above Ongoing Donors (€11.99/month): Immediate eligibility. Formal registration invitations containing opt-in links are dispatched directly via email.

One-Time Contributors (€10.00 or greater): Eligible for 3 months of provisional EFRAS access following registration. Rollout for single-contribution provisioning is conducted in scheduled waves as system capacity scales.

No. EFRAS serves as a supplementary threat-intelligence layer. It does not replace national cell-broadcast systems or official emergency response channels. Subscribers must always adhere to local authority directives and official 112 instructions.
How does EFRAS handle personal data and location privacy?
The EVMG operates on strict data minimization standards aligned with GDPR regulations. The EVMG system isolates telemetry: registered phone numbers and monitoring coordinates are encrypted and stored independently from identity records (such as names or email addresses). Telemetry is used strictly for civil safety dispatches and is never commercialized or shared with third parties.
What happens to telemetry data if a membership or donor status expires?
If a membership lapses and is not renewed within 30 calendar days, all associated EVMG dispatch parameters and telemetry data are permanently purged from the system. Re-instating access requires submitting a new opt-in configuration form.
Can I register an international mobile number if my monitored property is in a supported European country?
Yes. As long as your registered mobile number belongs to one of the authorized telecommunication regions listed above, you will receive SMS dispatches for your monitored European coordinates, regardless of where you are traveling.
How do I modify my monitored GPS coordinates?
To update your monitoring location, submit a written request from your registered email address to support@efprp.org with the updated address or GPS latitude/longitude coordinates. Sector reallocations complete within 10 minutes.
